01 — The backbone
Five platforms, one estate.
I am CTO at Trifid Media, a media group operating across ten countries. The internal platform estate is mine end to end: the sales CRM, the HR platform, the applicant tracking system, the influencer CRM, and the agent systems that sit on top of all of them. Architecture, schema, backend functions, deploys.
None of it is a demo. The HR platform runs payroll across eleven legal entities in nine currencies. The CRM holds the pipeline and gates every read by country and role. People are paid, quotations are approved and leads are claimed on this software every working day — so the engineering standard is set by the consequence: a bad deploy costs someone their salary run.

02 — The studio
Platforms, agents, and the sites in front of them.
MAZE Software Development is my own company — the arm that takes outside work. The same platform engineering that runs the group internally, applied to a client's problem: a system that has outgrown its build, a pipeline nobody trusts, or a brand that needs a site made for it rather than adapted to it.
- 01
Platforms
CRM, HRM and ATS builds — entity model, role scoping and the backend functions underneath, not a dashboard over someone else's schema.
- 02
Agents & automation
Orchestrators, gateways and pipelines that run unattended: routed models, idempotent workers, and degradation that fails quiet instead of loud.
- 03
Brand sites
Built to a client's identity rather than a template, with the engineering held to the same standard as the design.
- 04
Migrations & rescues
Moving live data without losing a row, and taking over systems that have outgrown the build they started on. A migration that isn't verified end to end hasn't happened.
- 05
Integrations
Payment, accounting, messaging and biometric hardware wired into the platform — Stripe, Xero, QuickBooks, WhatsApp, BioTime — so the data arrives on its own instead of by spreadsheet.
- 06
Fractional CTO
Owning the estate rather than advising on it: architecture, access control, deploy discipline and the call on what not to build.

03 — Contact
Available for systems that have to stay up.
Platform architecture from the entity model up. Rescuing systems that have outgrown the build they started on. Fractional CTO work where someone has to own the estate rather than advise on it. And brand sites where the engineering has to match the design.

04 — Live walkthrough
See it run on your business.
Not a slide deck. A live CRM, screen-shared, loaded with the pipeline your sector actually runs — leads, quotations, payroll, whichever part applies to you. Roughly thirty minutes, and you can interrupt at any point.
